British, circa 1760, each with serpentine crest rail and over-upholstered backs and seats, molded and down-swept arms and arm supports, molded square legs with stretchers, 40 in., arms, legs and stretchers in excellent condition with typical light surface wear, some stains and light wear to upholstery; not examined under upholstery.
