signed by George Mathews (1739-1812; Governor of Georgia, 1793-1796, a partially-printed document dated October 28, 1794, bold signature, with the attached wax seal and a hand-drawn land grant with plat of the tract of land in Washington County, very rare to find such a document with wax seal still attached, 12-1/2 x 13 in.
some toning to the paper, a few tears at the folds otherwise very good
