mid 19th century, all with salt glazes, small beehive jug and incised two handle jar stamped "BW", made by Benjamin Williams, Perry County, Alabama, 8-1/4 and 8-1/2 in.; small canning jar stamped "GWM", made by George W. Martin, Marion County, Alabama, 6-3/4 in.; two handled jar with ring decoration stamped "JFM:", made by James Franklin Morton, Perry County, Alabama, 9-1/2 in.

glaze voids and anomalies as made, surface abrasions and clay body chips, BW jug with 3/4 in. rim chip and other smaller rim chips, BW jar with 1 in. clay body chip mid body. 3 large clay body losses on base, JFM jar with various rim chips and loss of entire handle, clay body chip, GWM jar with various rim chips
Available payment options
Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
