Bell, Waynesboro, Pa., January 24th, 1872, for L.G.B.", manganese and lead glaze, streaky gunmetal blue colored glaze high lights and runs, tapered ovoid form, decorated with alternating molded figural relief depictions of likely "Jesus" and the "Apostle John" with a halo around his head, alternating "ring in hand" and "star" molded decorations above the figures, flared ruffled rim edge, tapered lower basin dish with tooled foot and semi round rim, 8-1/2 x 8 in.
