Folding Plantation Chair
probably Indian, late 19th century, elaborately carved frame set with figures, monkeys, lions and stylized foliate decoration, caned seat and back, carved lion hand grips with inset bone eyes, 54-1/4 x 27-3/4 x 56 in., crack at one rear stile at arm attachment (later bolts at arm attachments), seat caning with some minor breaks, back panel with two cracks and scars from previous braces.
