English or Continental, 19th century, dry finish oval molded dish with clusters of hanging dead game birds on outside joined by swags of grapevines, cover with dead birds and game in low relief and hare finial, glazed interior, impressed "WEDGWOOD" on bottom, 5 x 7-3/4 in., [exterior stains, chip on rim of cover with dependent crack]; oval dish with fruits and leaves molded in low relief as continuous band around outside, cover with pastry handle, glazed interior, incised number "31" but no maker's mark, 5-1/4 x 7-1/2 in., [three pastry curls on cover chipped, long crack from rim of dish to center of bottom, stains inside, dish discolored outside]
