Chinese, early 18th century, one with cobalt blue central decoration of bamboo and grapes, with a carved floral motif rim, brown edge, back of plate inscribed in glaze and inked "N. 490", 8-3/4 in., minimal scratching of surface, a few small flea nicks to rim; Japanese, 19th century, scalloped dish with blue and white decoration, a central image of pine trees and prune blossoms, four character mark on base, 7-1/4 in., glaze anomaly, small tiny chips to edge, restoration to rim, with hairline
