Toledo Scale Company, Ohio, early 20th century, cast iron with original light green paint and brass pan, scale bar and applied ornament, decals include "TOLEDO", "HONEST WEIGHT" and "NO SPRINGS", 25-1/2 x 27 in.,. Condition: good condition with minimal scratches and wear; pan shows some corrosion. Notes: Use of the slogan "No Springs, Honest Weight" began in 1904.
