large jug with light green runny alkaline glaze, rounded shoulder, angled neck, short spout, applied strap handle, likely of Alabama or Georgia, 13-3/4 in.; canning jar with shiny brown alkaline glaze, incised line decoration at neck, flared rim, 8-1/2 in.; brown glazed stoneware pitcher, large strap handle with tail, tightly pinched spout, 11-1/4 in.

glaze voids and clay body anomalies as made, surface abrasions, glaze chips, green jug with rim wear and small rim chips with three 3 in. hairlines down from spout, small glaze chips on handle, canning jar with rim wear, 1-1/2 in. kiln debris to side of jar, 1 in. clay body chip, 1 in. chip to base edge, other surface abrasions and minor ships, pitcher with rim wear and small chips, repair to back of rim at handle, 1/2 in. clay body chip at side, chip to handle, other minor chips
Available payment options
Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
