Burlon Craig marriage jug, 20th century, brown and gray glaze with cream swirl, five collared spouts, stamped "B.B. CRAIG. VALE N.C." on base, 9 in.; "BROWN BROS" stamped pottery pitcher, Arden, N.C., runny brown alkaline glaze, applied strap handle, 11-1/4 in.; Catawba Valley churn, olive green alkaline glaze with rutile runs, applied lug handles, flared rim, stamped "3" at shoulder, possibly early Burlon Craig piece, 14-1/2 in.

Condition

glaze voids and anomalies as made, marriage jug in good condition, pitcher with chip to spout and wear to rim, large 3 in. chip repair to side of rim with associated hairlines, chip and crack in handle, base edge wear, Catawba Valley jar with large repair to half of the entire rim and down onto part of jar, crack running down entire side of jar, across base and up over the edge 2 in., surface abrasions, and applied lacquer
