Punched-Tin Pie Safe
late 19th century, mixed woods, double-panel doors opening to a shelved interior, sides each with three punched-tin panels, early red and blue/green painted surface, 61-1/4 x 44-1/2 x 17-1/2 in., interior shelves with extensive surface dirt and some deterioration, lacking door lock, backboards probably old replacements, punched tins with some rust and corrosion including edge losses and tears especially at lower panels, one side lacking top molding, other cracks, wear, surface distress throughout consistent with age and use.
