attributed to Piedmont, North Carolina, early 19th century, highly figured walnut throughout with banded inlaid drawers set with large diamond escutcheons, yellow pine secondary, bracket feet, scalloped skirt, single board top, 38-3/4 x 42-1/2 x 18-1/4 in.

Condition
good overall, wooden knobs replaced, lacking locks, some distress and possible repairs at drawer sides, formerly fitted with casters (now removed), minor crack at one front foot facing, rear feet replaced, front feet and most blocking original, minor repairs to inlaid banding, other typical minor repairs and surface flaws, one side top molding replaced
