Cupboard probably Valley of Virginia, early 19th century, upper case with swan's neck pediment over two arched glazed doors flanked by applied reeded pilasters, fixed shelved interior, lower case with three dovetailed drawers over two paneled doors, original ogee bracket feet, yellow pine secondary throughout, 81 x 52 x 17-1/4 in. refinished, restorations to pediment including replaced central finial and rosettes (later bracing at back), patches and repairs to some door frame elements, lower case door hinges replaced and upper case reset and possibly replaced, one foot facing pieced approximately 1 in., other scattered restorations and repairs
