(St. Louis, Missouri), walnut case with shaped pediment and crest, three carved and turned urn finials, locking front door with brass hinges and mounts and two glass panels opening to dials and works, two 8-1/4 in. painted sheet metal dials, one with Roman numerals and marked "Fashion/Patented/Oct. 11th 1875", the other with Arabic numerals for days of the month, date aperture, and marked "Southern Calendar Clock Co./St. Louis, MO." and "Patented/July 4th 1876", with winder key
