circular jug form with applied spout and angled rim, randomly applied yellow, green, and red slip decoration over clear glaze, possibly of North Carolina origin, 11-1/4 in.. Condition: glaze anomalies as made, glaze abrasions and loss to slip decoration and other minor chipping around interior of ring, one minor chip to slip decoration around exterior of ring.
