probably Marshfield, Massachusetts area, circa 1690, a rare oak and pine joined chest in very early pale blue and green paint, original lid, interior with lidded till and fitted area underneath, the facade with three chip carved and blue painted panels 27 x 51-1/4 x 20 in.
