probably American, late 18th/early 19th century, possibly Philadelphia or New York, red cedar, poplar and pine secondary, with leather lined top, dovetailed and fitted drawers, paneled doors, one side fitted with drawers, other with drawers over cabinet doors, 30 x 61-1/2 x 40 in.
excellent condition overall, probably original brasses, scattered veneer patches and repairs to banding on top, minor cracks and strip patches at case sides, some losses/additions to drawer fittings, some patches and repairs to door framing, other typical minor repairs and surface flaws
