American, early 20th century, gold cased in opalescent white, trumpet form with lower knop, decorated with green pulled feathers, gold domed foot, signed "Quezal" and "E354", 10 in. - Provenance: Minna Rosenblatt Antiques, Brooklyn, New York, purchased March 1973 for $785 (accompanied by copy of receipt); Estate of Jay R. Doros, Springfield, New Jersey Estate of Jay R. Doros, Springfield, New Jersey - Note: This vase was included in the exhibition "Flights of Fancy: The Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company" at the Museum of American Glass at Wheaton Village, Millville, New Jersey, April 13 through October 20, 1996, curated by Gay LeCleire Taylor.
