Notes: Popeye is honored at a "Testimonial Dinner" with a grand opening in a formal venue. Cameos of Bob Hope, the announcer, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis and Jimmy Durante all serve to honor the now-famous Popeye. Sheet #15 starts with Popeye saying, "So I brung with me some highlights from me pichers…What made me famisk". The First Quickie highlight is derived from [Tops in the Big Top]. Popeye then introduces another "quickie", [Rodeo Romeo]. Bluto, annoyed at the attention Popeye is receiving steals away the "Spinach Cup", which, incidentally, is filled with spinach, and jams it over Popeye's head. In iconistic form, Popeye eats the spinach, escapes the loving cup and punches Bluto. The cartoon ends with the stars and Popeye singing "Popeye the Sailorman".
