Four works: Portrait of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar (1831-1896), seated on a throne; two works in one frame, A Young Prince or "Ali Shah", Seated on a Carpet, 8-1/4 x 5-7/8 in., and Taking Tea with a Consort, both 6-1/8 x 5-1/8 in.; Courtesans Dancing and Playing Music before a consort, 7-5/8 x 12-1/4 in., circa 1948, all with ink inscriptions in German, gouache, watercolor and ink on paper, all measurements sight; matching gilt wood frames, light toning and foxing, some handling grime, glued at edges to backing paper, backing paper hinged in at top, some abrasions and creases to dancers.
