attributed to Jacob Solliday (or Salliday), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, circa 1800, with scrolled and dentil molded cornice, Greek key decorated hood surround, shell carved door flanked by inset fluted quarter columns, conforming base with shaped panel, ogee bracket feet, unsigned arched and painted dial with Roman chapter ring, floral spandrels, date aperture, 93-1/2 x 19 x 10-1/2 in.

feet replaced (attachments somewhat loose), minor patch at top of case door, shrinkage crack at lower panel, dial paint with generally even crackle, scattered retouch and wear with surface loss at calendar ring, crack and repair at arch at top of case waist, works appear complete, no pendulum or weight
