probably Rhode Island, 1800-1810, bowfront top with inlaid edges over four graduated drawers, deeply shaped inlaid skirt on tall french feet, dovetailed drawers with chestnut secondary, 36-1/2 x 42-1/4 x 22-1/4 in.
good overall, backboards set with later nails, possibly original brasses (no plugged holes, set with later screws from back), typical minor veneer chips and cracks to skirt, original feet and blocking with minor loss at one rear bracket, underside of top inscribed "Rep by Fred Fraser. Aug./13", top appears to be original but not removed, polish residue and some corrosion to brasses, lacking one escutcheon
