American, 19th century, brass makers plate signed "J.F. Browne & Co/Makers/London & 295 Broadway, N. York", carved burlwood and gilt frame, column form support with gilt floral decoration, surmounted by carved musicians each within Gothic arch, soundboard with gilt and paint decorated with floral scrollwork, accommodates 46 strings, 8 pedals, 71 x 36-1/2 x 17-1/2 in.; accompanied by box of sheet music, autographed photo from Harpist Marie Miller dated March 16, 1936, box of nylon strings, tuning key, and tuning fork, and other harp related ephemera

likely in need of restoration, scattered chips, bumps, and cracks to frame, scattered losses to gilding, brass makers plate with heavy tarnish, spotting, discoloration, and polish wear, soundbox with several cracks and separations, especially at bottom near pedals, one panel detached but present, needs restringing and tuning, tuning disk likely in need of adjustment
