early 20th century, polychrome glazes, signed lower right "Sebert", stenciled and hand-painted, marked in blue script on reverse "Madonna della Sedia/nach Raphael" and "MADE IN GERMANY" printed in double circle, plaque diameter 6 in., frame 14 x 14 in.,
plaque appears to be in good condition (not viewed out of frame), gilt frame has some losses in composition and at corners
