Italy, early 20th century, hand-decorated relief-molded porcelain plaque depicting Bacchus after the festival with his companions attempting to lead a stubborn donkey, in a frame of wood painted black with tooled brass inset all around displaying oval insets of lapis and carnelian, cast gilt ornaments at the center of each side, underglaze blue crowned "N" mark on reverse, frame 13-1/4 x 19 in.,

condition of plaque appears to be good (not removed from frame), painted surface of wooden frame is a bit rough and may be missing ornaments at corners
