Inlaid Hardwood [Ruyi] Scepter
Chinese, shaft with floral mother-of-pearl inlay figures of Taoist immortals, three inset jade plaques, largest plaque depicting a carp with reticulated floral surround, 3-3/8 x 3 in. and rising 1/2 in. from collar, 19 x 4-7/8 in., with attached silk tassel with bead and [bi] discs, finely carved rosewood stand [en suite] lacking one mother-of-pearl bead at side. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser’s risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received.
