Piedmont, North Carolina, early 19th century, two dovetailed drawers with yellow pine secondary, highly figured veneers, line and bellflower inlay, rich brown color, 28-1/2 x 32 x 25 in., top set with later bracing, underside of top resurfaced and with kerf marks to correct warping (appears to be original), scattered minor sun fading, surface stains and wear, cracks to rear legs, minor repairs to banded inlay.
