British, early 18th century, shepherd‘s crook arms, acanthus leaf carved front legs, cabriole rear legs, in fine wool damask upholstery with brass tacking, 43-1/2 in.. Provenance: Malcolm Franklin, Chicago, 197
appears to be in good condition, break to one rear leg with plugged screw repair, rear seat rail replaced, other minor repairs, surface wear and flaws, not examined under upholstery
