French, circa 1884, designed by Victor Prouve, (1858-1943), four sided with blue stopper, four cabochons at sides, two in sapphire blue, two transparent with the center painted with the goddess of destiny holding a ribbon in one hand, blowing a trumpet with the other, base signed "Emile Galle, de Nancy, comp, E [Cross of Lorraine], G, Depose", 6 in.
