English, late 19th century, probably Thomas Webb & Sons or Stevens & Williams, small urn-shaped bottle is optic ribbed, floral engraving and geometric cutting, sterling mounts have floral engraving, maker "B&F", 4-1/2 in. small dent to sterling at rim of stopper, chips to base of plug, otherwise good condition.
