(English, 1809-1892), London: Edward Moxon and Co., 1859, first edition, first issue, inscribed by Tennyson to Harriet Wright on the half-title, with eight pages of publisher's advertisements dated July 1859 inserted between the front cover and the front free endpaper, in original blind-stamped green cloth and housed in a matching green cloth clamshell case, 7 x 4-3/4 in. very good with a slightly darkened spine, with one circular discoloration on the spine, and a bit of wear to the extremities, in a very good green cloth slipcase, 7-3/4 x 5-1/4 in..
