Façade, 2005, Charleston, South Carolina, signed upper left "Clint Herring", watercolor on paper, 22 x 29-3/4 in.; fine gilt wood fluted molding frame with Tru Vue conservation glass, not removed from conservation framing, good condition; frame with minor abrasions. Notes: The presumed statement from the artist, verso and on the photograph from The Charleston Renaissance gallery, states," This building seems to be indocative of so many structures in Charleston with the street entrance being superficial the façade being even more exemplified by the light and shadow.". All international customs duties and other tariffs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Auction House and the shipper will declare the selling price as the value in all cases.
All packages will be shipped with signature required.
