American, 19th century, trapezoidal base supporting two gilt bronze crossed arms with foliate cast terminals, and urn shaped brass oil reserve with pierced foliate surround hung with 18 prisms, burner plates fitted with frosted and cut glass shades and hung with 12 prisms, wired for electricity, 20-3/4 x 20-1/2 in.
