probably Philadelphia, circa 1780, figured mahogany top with two drop leaves and oak leaf supports, single dovetailed drawer with original rosette and bail gilt drawer pull, molded and slightly tapered legs with X stretcher base, poplar, white pine and oak secondary, rich reddish-brown color, 28-1/2 x 21-1/2 x 30-1/2 in., opens to 42 in.. Condition: excellent condition overall, minor surface wear and stains, other typical minor flaws. Provenance: Estate of Charles G. Thalhimer, Richmond, Virginia
