mottled brown with greenish inclusions, outer band with repeating raised decoration, two dragons surrounding two phoenix, open mouths with pearl, two holes for suspension, 2-3/4 in. diameter

This object was collected in China in the 1940?s by a gentleman stationed in and around Chunking. He was involved in the China-Burma-India Theater and amassed a large group of Asian art.
