probably early Qing dynasty/Transitional period, lidded temple jar, shoulder with four molded taotie masks against a cloud band with flying bats, the body painted with continuous scene of ducks wading in a pond, with large flowering lotus plants and butterflies overhead, domed lid painted with lotus plants, foo dog finial, 17-3/4 x 10-1/2 in.; with carved wood stand, 19-3/4 in.
