Charles II signed two-sided document dated December 1, 1671 Charles II, King of England (reign: 1660-1685), a pardon of Charles II, also signed by Lord Arlington, Arlington was the owner of 5,282,000 acre tract of the Northern Neck Proprietary, 11-3/4 x 7-3/4 in.; black and gilt decorated frame measuring 21-1/2 x 17 in., very good with some water damage to the edges, some foxing, evidence of folding.
