Cameroon, Western Grassfields area, possibly late 19th/early 20th century, circular seat on openwork spider form support and ring form base, 16 x 15-1/4 in.
large split/separation to seat edge and one spider support with old nail and metal reinforcement (no longer holding), surface dirt layer and accretion, scattered surface scratches, bumps, cracks, and small chips throughout, wear consistent with age and use
