Connecticut or New York, 1790-1810, highly figured solid mahogany top with two drop leaves, inlaid edges over single dovetailed drawer, flanked by bookend inlay, on finely tapered inlaid legs, probably original brass pull, rotating leaf supports, poplar and birch secondary, back skirt fitted with false drawer and matching inlay, 28-1/2 x 20-3/4 x 29-3/4 in. - Provenance: Private Virginia Collection
very good overall, probably original brasses, minor restorations to inlay, other scattered minor surface flaws, no major repairs found
