Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction, or will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

Per Christie's 2011 condition statement, "Scratches, stains and minor imperfections to top. One end with several repairs to standard wear legs broke out and shrinkage cracks to turned element. Legs repinned. Brass banding damaged on one end. Other end with patch to portion of back edge where cracked and repaired. Lacks portion of brass banding at one end. Shrinkage cracks to veneer throughout. End with repairs to legs. Also lacks portion of brass banding on back edge at one side. Center section with top secured by later L shaped brackets. Some shrinkage cracks to base of central standard. Chips to top of standard near block. Some cupping of top in central section. Shrinkage crack to one end and small patch to rule joint. Repair to rule joint. Scars and chips to same rule joint at opposite end near hinges. Some patches to other side of rule joint near hinges." We noticed no additional condition issues.
