late 19th/early 20th century, broad hemispherical shape with tall stepped rim, black motifs on white ground include serpents, birds, deer, horse, and other animals, stepped rim with clouds, rain and lightning motifs both inside and outside, plain red bottom, 7-1/2 x 11 in. diameter, [glaze worn away inside bottom, long crack from rim, spider crack and hole in bottom, firing smudges, grimy surface with some scratches] .
