England, early 20th century, two egrets in a wetlands painted on a two-handled vase with Hadley Ware molded decoration at handles and around base, signed "W.Powell." under one handle and green printed "ROYAL WORCESTER ENGLAND" mark and incised initials "WHB" on bottom, 12-1/2 in. good condition. Notes: Billy Powell worked as a bird painter at Worcester from 1900 to 1950.. Provenance: Private Collection, Charlotte, North Carolina
