late 17th century, with original pendant seal at bottom center, large engraved portrait, eagle, two rampant lions, and an unicorn in chains on the upper border, written in almost indecipherable court hand Latin on vellum, no dates or signatures can be identified, nevertheless a visually dramatic document, 20-1/2 x 26-1/2 in.; matted and in a gilt wood frame, 31-1/4 x 37-1/4 in. near fine condition; not examined out of frame.
