early 18th century, likely British, possibly American, surmounted by a tall pierced crest with foliate scrolled decoration, molded surround, beveled mirror plate; accompanied by conservation treatment report by Christine Thomson recording minor repairs and finish work, 26 x 15 in.

Condition
structurally sound, minor repairs to crest and surround, replaced mirror plate, refreshed finish, backboards appear to be original, other scattered imperfections as expected with age and use
Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges.
