British/American, early 18th century, arched and scrolled top with bookmatched veneers, fine early distressed mirror plate with arched top and molded surround, 27-1/2 x 17-1/2 in. - Provenance: Estate of James Frank Dennis, High Point, North Carolina
good overall, patch and repair at one scroll, typical cracks and distress to mirror surround, extensive silvering losses to mirrorÿplate (probably original but not removed, original backboard and iron hanger)
