Mountain Stream with Waterfall, signed lower center "Stevens", pastel on paper, 22 x 28 in.; modern painted wood frame, good condition, crease at top right corner, hinged in; frame with abrasions. Notes: This pastel hung in the private quarters of Mrs. Elaine Sammons, owner of the historic Grove Park Inn from 1955-2008.
