British, late 19th/early 20th century, blue and white cylindrical cameo base with Classical figures, white metal base, gilt bronze central disc support with slots for two cut crystal candle arms and three crystal drop support arms, central crystal shaft with star finial, numerous crystal drops, 25-1/2 x 13-1/2 in.
