serial number ER 03298, 12 gauge, 28 in. barrels, screw in chokes, upper barrel full choke, lower barrel modified choke, vented barrel rib, brass bead front sight, scrolling leaf engraving on receiver with inset pheasant to one side, duck on the other, "Weatherby Orion" stamp on right side of barrel, "12 GA 3" Atascadero. Calif Made in Japan" stamped on left side, checkered and nicely figured gloss finished stock and forend, 14-1/4 in. LOP, Weatherby rubber butt pad, 45-1 4 in overall

Purchased items will be available for pick up or shipping from our Asheville, North Carolina auction facility within ten business days of the auction will be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per item. Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or Brunk Auctions. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Shipment of large items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to provide names of carriers and shippers if a purchaser so requests. Brunk Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

rust and pitting to right sides of exterior barrels past forend due to abrasions, smaller group of similar pitting and rust on left side and under barrel, bores shiny and bright, chokes with some oxidation, the rest of shotgun from forend back with very little evidence of handling, forend and stock in good condition, some spotting to gloss finish at end of stock, speck of oxidation on receiver, tight action, trigger, trigger switch, safety and ejectors appear to function properly
