early 21st century, oval cut crystal bowl with scalloped edge, body with stylized seashell pattern, fields of diamond and wedge cut motifs, raised on seahorse form standard, circular faceted base, with Waterford sticker to bowl, acid stamped to base "Waterford" and acid etched signature to rim "Jim O'Leary", designer of the Oceana series, 12 in.
