(William Thomas Belah Gordy, Greenville, Georgia, 1877-1955), matte brown glaze, applied facial features including inset clay eyes with black pupils, large pronounced nose from spout to middle of jug, tiny shaped ears, open mouth with broken China teeth, protruding chin, applied strap handle from shoulder to spout, 7 in.</p>
